2: Hire a broker
A broker is an individual who can help you find property and works as a go between, between you and your estate agent. A good broker will be able to help you find an appropriate property that will satisfy your business needs without breaking the bank. They tend to specialise in certain types of buildings and areas so once you determine what you need from your new location, look for a broker who is specialised and experienced.
It’s advisable to try and hire a broker early in your moving process so that they have time to present plenty of location options to you. Your real estate agent can help you find the right broker for your needs, alternatively you can talk to other contacts in your business community for recommendations.
