ISO 9001: 2015

On the 11th March 2016 Allen Removals Ltd became one of the first companies in Ireland to achieved ISO 9001: 2015 for their quality management system.

The ISO standard was assessed against the full scope of the company’s activities.

ISO 9001: 2008

On the 11th May 2011 Allen Removals Ltd achieved ISO 9001: 2008 for their quality management system.The ISO standard was assessed against our provision of domestic, commercial, industrial and international removals and document management services to the public and private sectors.

Upon completion of the ISO audit our consultant, Tony Johnston of AJ Quality Management also received a Commendable Consultancy Services certificate from the awarding body, NQA, for the high quality of our management system against the ISO 9001: 2008 standard.

Green Mover Award

In 2013 we received the Green Mover Award at The Irish Logistics & Transport Awards. Winning the award was a fantastic achievement as the level of competition was very high.The other finalists were Bus Éireann, Dublin Airport Authority, Dublin Bus, Fleetmatics, Greenaer & Samskip Multimodal.

The award was achieved for reduction to our carbon footprint through several methods. After an analysis of the company we found the following methods of reducing our environmental impact:

Overall Logistic & Transport Excellence Award

Allen Removals were nominated for the Overall Logistics & Transport Excellence Award in 2013 at the ILT Awards ceremony. The finalists were chosen from entrants in all categories of the awards so we felt it was a great achievement to be announced as a finalist.

The other finalists were Caffrey International, Customs Matters, Irish Aviation Authority & Iron Mountain; with Irish Aviation Authority being named as the award winner.
